Director
Swaziland is where Mrs Siphephiso Sandra Nxumalo Mntjali was born and raised. In 2011, she established the Center of Information Technology (CIT). In 2022, she received her MBA in change management, and in 2020, she received her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Mancosa. She also has an advanced diploma in business studies from the Institute of Business Studies.

Principal
DR Gama was born and raised in Swaziland. In 2009, he received his master’s degree in history from the University of Swaziland. At the University of Zululand, he earned his Ph.D. in Political Economy in the year 2021. He led a memorandum of understanding (Quality Assurance) in Lesotho in June 2018. Since 2013, he has been employed by the organization.
DUTIES INCLUDE:

Registrar
Mr. B Maziya is of Swazi origin. He graduated from the University of Swaziland with a BA in humanities in 2014 and a PGCE in 2018. He started working for CIT in January 2022.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and enhance enrolment procedures and processes through the development and implementation of strategies to cultivate new student enquiries and by providing an efficient, informative and client responsive service to prospective families, In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, develop and maintain an innovative and current enrolment strategy for domestic and international students, conduct interviews with prospective students and families, ensuring that the school can meet the needs of individuals, whilst also assessing that the prospective student is suitable for the CIT College family, Assist in the co-ordination of and representation at internal events such as open days, admission, orientation and graduation events, Provide statistical information to the Principal for the Board report as required. Provide projected statistics for the following academic year and up to date forecast figures for upcoming school terms, Identify enrolment trends and patterns of withdrawal across the College and provide recommendations to the Principal on the number of enrolments required to sustain the College in future years to assist with Strategic planning, Provide and examine statistical data re: the student journey from enquiry to recruitment to retention & graduation, Manage and maintain the student administration system (Synergetic database), Coordinate exams and ensure the release of authentic reports.
Dean of Studies
Mr. Mkhumbulo Ndlovu is a seasoned educationist with 23 years of teaching experience. He holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Psychology from the Central University of Technology, Free State. He has taught at primary schools, teacher training college, and university. He has also served as Dean of Faculty at CIT Colleges for over 6 years. He has developed curricular for 3 institutions of Higher learning in Eswatini according to the Notional Study Hour Credit Accumulation and Transfer system that is expected by ESHEC. Dr Ndlovu has presented research papers at international conferences for Education ad Psychology.
DUTIES INCLUDE: Executive member of the Board of Governors, Member of the Academic Board, Oversight over Departmental Heads and all academic staff, Oversight on Quality Assurance processes, Developing QA and Academic policies, Allocating subjects to Lecturers, Linking CIT with City and Guilds, Developing yearly plans and academic calendar, Marking and moderating examinations, Conducting lectures, Writing academic reports, Chairs academic meetings, Assessing Portfolios of Evidence, Supervising Research projects, Plan, conduct lectures and assessment in Educational Psychology, Research Methods in Education and Guidance& Counseling in Education, Conduct moderation of portfolios and internal verification.
Human Resources Officer
Miss Belinda Ndlangamandla, The Human Resources Officer, joined CIT College in November 2017. She holds a national diploma in HRM from Tshwane University of Technology and a national certificate in human resources management obtained from Teknicon Pretoria.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Recruitment and selection of staff, Development & training of staff, Managing the performance management and appraisal of staff process, Provide advice and recommendations on HR best practices for resolution of daily issues in collaboration with management, Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management, Developing, revising, and implementing of workplace policies, rules & procedures, Responsible for the general HR Administration services and staff welfare, General Office Management, Facilities management (responsible for the cleaners & incidents happening on the premises), Fleet Management (responsible for the college drivers and vehicles).
Administrator
Miss Condile Nxumalo joined CIT college in 2011. She holds an advanced diploma in secretary obtained in 2015.
Duties include:
- To establish and maintain an organizational climate that encourages the development, retention, and a high level of morale among personnel.
- To implement a plan to supervise students attending courses.
- using IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters
- Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares non-routine letters and/or reports, which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature.
- Provides and/or oversees provision of staff support to the office, to include handling walk-up and phone interactions, maintaining calendars and travel arrangements, screening, analyzing, and responding to incoming correspondence, handling day-to-day problems and situations, and provision of secretarial support.
- Provides assistance in the understanding and interpretation of college policies and procedures, as appropriate, and ensures that office operations are in compliance with policy provisions and standards.
